Welcome to Avian ORFeome Consortium

Avian ORFeome Consortium is a forum to establish networking among researchers from all continents having interests or working on avian functional genomics. We aim to clone nearly entire sets of protein-encoding open reading frames (ORFs) of avian species with chicken as starting specie. Additionally, through this consortium, we promote collaborations and to maximize the use of resources and expertise to progressively advance research on avian species, around the world.
